What should i do now?

I completed $45 order and buyer also left a positive review but $36 is not coming in my pending clearance section.

I just got $4 for a $45 order.

I wrote it to customer support 1 month back but they aren’t replying now.

What should I do now ?

Write again on open ticket and wait for an aswer.

You could also try to use support@fiverr.com and write to Fiverr facebook and twitter pages…

Well make sure you have checked your entire order history. Payment may not show up straight away.



Open a support ticket with a detail description of your problem.



It can also be a gliche

they said they are looking into it but still they arent replying from last 20 days

Reply to @leenagig: You must understand that there are a few million gigs. Yes million. Fiverr support team tries there best at answering to all inquiries, I know that for a fact.



It took me a few days for an answer to one of my specific issues…
