What should I do to add a new payoneer account by replace of a blocked account

Hello guys please Help me out .I had a payonerr card which was connected through my fiverr acoount .I recently decided to add my new one by replace of the previous one .So i go to payoneer support after that i talked with them they told me some question I answered them all the things correctly .but suddenly they blocked my account without any reason .Now at fiverr Bank transfer option it shows “we identified a issue on you application so can’t process it now.”.Now what should I do ?How can I get my money from fiverr now ?how can i add my new payonerr now ?
please help me its urgent.
