What should I do when the order requirements is not posted properly?


I got an order yesterday which did not submit the order requirements, but sent me message separately of infos on what I have to do. The timer hasn’t started yet, should I start working? I left him messages, but yet no reply . it’s almost 2 days. In such situation should start working or not? Please let me know!


i used the nudge feature already and also messaged that the timer hasn’t started so i cant start working… yet no reply! I am waiting for the reply till now. Thank you for the advise @kjblynx


I am also having same problem. One of the buyer is unresponsive after ordering an order and did not submit any info or open the order.

I dont want to cancel the order as it will increase my cancellation ratio and i am new here.

Please suggest any way to resolve this matter
