What should I do with this "ghost" buyer

The order was auto-completed 11 days later, the order is about animating 12 different product shots.
This is my 2nd order with him.

So now he came back saying he is very busy and didn’t have time to look at all the shots and dislike the animation.

Before I continue doing the next shot, I’ll send him the video of the animation after getting his approval, I’ll then continue the next shot.
Below are my workflow.

Do what should I do next? do I charge him extra for something that he didn’t correct me in the last order?
