What to do if my Response Rate is incorrectly 50%

On my dashboard, I have a response rate of only 50%, when I have literally two texts in my inbox, both are completed conversations to which I had replied to within an hour. My evaluation date is approaching soon, and I’m a little clueless about this issue, since I’m new here.
Suggestions for this, please?
