What to do when buyer asks to send the file via email ?!

So I was wondering how to send the file to buyer if they want to get it through email! If that’s against Fiverr rules. Then is it legal here if I put it in a Google drive, and send the link to the buyer! I saw some people saying sending link through the message or anything is also against the rules! Some says sending files through Fiverr message is against the rules too! I’m confused! Need some suggestions here!

If the file is too large to send via fiverr, dropbox is a fiverr approved alternative as is wetransfer.com

fiver dont allow any personal information like email and s***e id. But every client wants its for good communication and job description , how can i give this ???

Simply tell them that i am not allowed to provide my personal contact information… ITS against fiverr TOS!!!. That’s it.

Every client doesn’t want or need either your email or s***e details.

All communication should be done through Fiverr messaging to stay within the ToS.

Is it actually against the Fiverr TOS as well if you give the customer contact details that were initially created for Fiverr? I for example offer German lessons using s***e but I have created the s***e account just for fiverr. I know I can use s***e if it is required in order to finish the delivery but I am wondering if a mail address or s***e account created exclusively for fiverr also count as personal information.

s***e, email, phone etc CAN be used but ONLY WHEN IT IS NECESSARY FOR THE GIG!
It is important that you state in your gig description that you might need s***e, email etc.
Before doing anything like giving emails or other details, check with customer support first.
