What to do when buyer do not submit proper requirements?

Hi, I want to know that if buyer order directly and after that he did not respond or provide necessary information. What can we do?

You can start like this:

  1. Nudge (Remind) the Buyer so that the Buyer can come back to provide you with required details.
  2. You can also message the Buyer about anything that’s unclear in the order section or inbox.

If the Buyer is not responding after several attempts, you can use the resolution center on the order page to try and resolve the situation. I advice you use the resolution center if you establish that the Buyer is completely unresponsive.
