What to do when Buyers get late to provide info?

Sometimes buyer not send required info on time, I have 24 hours gig and I always deliver on time. but some times buyer not provide actual required info and start timer, It left me only 2 options

1. Cancel order and refund
   
2. Mark order complete and request buyer to send required info
   
   
   
   If I choose first option its not good for me as cancellation ratio will increase. Please suggest what you do in this case?

If you still have time to complete order, Please write message requesting your required info. If buyer info provided after that you can complete order. If not you can contact fiverr contact support regarding issue.
