My seller promised revisions within 24 hours. 36 hours later I had no revision, and they were not responding to any of my messages. I tried to cancel and they rejected saying they would deliver in 3-4 hours. That was 10 hours ago. I’ve submitted another cancelation request, but I don’t know what else to do. This is very frustrating and unprofessional of them. I want my money back for the work they are not doing.

I did request via the “request modification” button. They responded by telling me it will be ready within 24 hours. It’s now been more than 48 hours. Thank you for suggesting the support link. I’ll be contacting support now.
