I have come across three to four times that a buyer just suddenly give me order with concerning with me about the project…what to do at that time?Is there any way that the order should be canceled from the seller or retrieved by the buyer?
You can contact resolution center In the order page right hand side fiver have provide the link as " Need to change or cancel your order?"
try your best to contact with your buyer (give him massage and send him reminder ), if he do not respond you have to contact the Support (https://support.fiverr.com/)
After using the reminder and messaging system Fiverr has in place, I usually request a mutual cancellation due to the buyer not giving me information. They have that option. Customer Service cannot make the buyer give you information if they are not available or don’t want to for some reason. Unfortunately, the order ends up cancelled, but what else could happen?

the seller suffers alot then the buyer after all mistake is the buyers not the sellers…
I had only one cancellation and it dropped my completion rate up to 67% and i had to do more projects to get it back and i lost my level 1 badge too. unfortunately still its in 86% it wasn’t my fault the buyer didn’t give enough information
I first send a reminder to the buyer by the conversation box of the order, and maybe also in chat if s/he doesn’t reply within12h.
If i’m running short of time, I use the resolution center so s/he receive a strong notification =)
