What to do with the requirements?

I can’t understand how can I use the requirements section of my gig. Does anyone have a helpful advice? Thank you in advance.

When somebody orders from you, they have to fill out the requirements tab before the order timer starts. This is a way to get your client to give you details about his needs. You should always use requirements because some clients just order without contacting you.
