What Traffic Sources Used by This Fiverr Gig?

I am a regular buyer in Fiverr shop and i have purchased this gig many times. https://*********************

I really want to know what traffic sources this seller use to distribute traffic to a lot of websites everyday.

If I consider they provide paid traffic then the traffic value would be more than at least $100 (for a whole 30 days traffic) but astonishingly they provide for only a minimum amount $5

Again they don’t provide bot traffic and 100% real traffic as per my own experience.

I’m really interested to know about this Fiverr service to drive Unlimited traffic to any website only for $5.

I would be happy if anyone can clarify me about this Fiverr service.
