What's for dinner tonight?

#1

I am so bored with the usual topics here. What’s for dinner tonight?

For me: Bucatini Amatriciana

Fiverr is a cheat! - Buyers perspective!

LMBO, I think most of us are tired of reading the same :poop: day after day.

My dinner tonight! :fork_and_knife::plate_with_cutlery::cup_with_straw:

Crab legs smothered in butter and garlic. :yum:

#3

Wow, that looks good.

#4

Oh yeah, I’m going to savor each bite.

Your dish looks yummy, too. Bon appetite!

P.S my hearts are depleted but I’ll be back, like Arnie.

@gig_freak here’s a good one! I know you miss these kinda threads.

#5

I know I’ve got it just right when the wife complains that its too spicy and my 14 year old son, says “no spice?” and gets the red pepper flakes out to add more.

#6

Chicken stir fry with satay sauce. (no pic - sorry!) :slightly_smiling_face:

#7

Just find a happy medium.

#8

These threads are somehow interesting, like when everyone posted pics of their pets. A nice break from mek-sells

#9

Something like this, Lorna? Oh my goodness!

#10

Nice! This pic is what success on Fiverr looks like. :yum:

Only toast for me. I took a late nap and couldn’t be bothered to cook.

#11

Nice, somehow this is now a food porn thread. :bacon::shallow_pan_of_food::poultry_leg:

#12

I’d like to have this loaded baked potato and fried okra:

What I’ll probably have:

I’m a die-hard seafood lover. :fried_shrimp:

Mouth-watering stuff!

Wait… No cheese, no PB&J, no honey? :open_mouth: :stuck_out_tongue:

#14

That’s more difficult than you would think, the ones I contact are all miserable.
Guess that’s what happens when you talk to dead people all day.

Anyway, mine was a decent lasagne along with a mixed salad.

#15

Not quite as pretty as that Nika, but you’ve got the idea! :slightly_smiling_face:

#16

Oh, my goodness, that’s funny asf :face_with_hand_over_mouth:

Imagine how this fella feels. :grimacing:
Thesixthsense

 Lasagne, you made it from scratch? or you took the easy way out and bought that frozen stuff?

#17

That fried okra looks delicious.

#18

I’m sure that fried okra would BE delicious if I had any! I usually only get it from restaurants, though. It’s too unhealthy to eat often, too messy to make, and no good from a freezer bag.

#19

Neither, I found a surprisingly optimistic medium…
My local butcher does freshly made portions “for two”.
I paid for it all on my own though!

PS. That poor kid never got another decent acting job - saw a movie where he was in his mid-twenties which was weird as he looks the same. It was rubbish…

PPS. @newsmike You get to nominate someone to create tomorrows refreshingly different topic!

Yes it’s rare. I tried to make it and as you said it was messy and surprisingly difficult. I rarely see it in stores also. I recall putting a little lemon juice on it.
