What do you guys think about the buyer’s review? How should we ask them to leave a review not a 5-stars but yes with few gentle words?

I know the important thing is to deliver work on time, customer satisfaction, communication, and quality. However, still, if a buyer leaves a 5-stars just what to do?☺️
