There is no “work-for-hire document” here on Fiverr. Fiverr is a catalog of freelance services. Create a gig and let others search for it, and hire you if they need your services.

You can also respond to buyer requests, in the Buyer Request section, just keep in mind that you are competing against dozens or more other sellers just like you, and it is very likely that you won’t win the job.
