Whats up with customer support?

i have a customer who wants to cancel his order 5 minutes after making it…saying he does not need it done…now i want customer support to make the cancellation so it doesn’t affect my stats…its almost 72 hours since i first made the request. Whats going on?? you guys off work?

CS are overwhelmed at the moment with large numbers of new sellers having signed up since lockdown in their countries.

Have patience. They’ll respond eventually.

from what I’ve learnt. If the order status is incomplete seller and buyer can just leave it there unattended and after a week seller can cancel the order without harming their cancellation ratio

I’ll tell you more: I had to wait 5 days for them to cancel my order.
