When I will be able to withdraw?

Hi Friends,
I added my Payoneer card on Fiverr and all process has done but I when I click “Fiverr Revenue Card” it does not work.I have available $ for the transaction. I refresh the page and try one more time in later. Now it over 30 min.
Please tell me when I will be able to withdraw? Is it take few hours or days?
