There is no one answer to your question. You can change your prices whenever you want to. If you choose to offer a sale/discount, you can lower your prices. If you feel that your services are worth more, you can raise your prices. Do whatever works best for your market and customer interest.

I have done more of the latter part. Yet to find any case for the first one. But now I’ll test out being dynamic with prices, used to be static with them earlier.
