When the gig is fake, or not what they say it is?

I have had several gigs lately, from seemingly goog giggers, they have a couple of five-star reviews. The issue is that the gig gets delivered wrong. Example: I ordered a gig for lets say 60 flyers to be printed off and handed round a uni or area. Within a few hours, they say the gig has been completed and send me a facebook link of the poster I sent them, on facebook? nothing printed out or posted? Is anyone else having this issue? I hate leaving negative reviews but feel this is the only way to warn people of the scam I have had a few that have been brilliant by the way. (and tweeted their gig and tipped)
