None unless he leaves a bad review. Or he might complain to customer support. You could send a very brief note to customer support that you did the job correctly and he is trying to cancel and you do not want to. Just to let them know this so they do not automatically cancel hopefully.

It’s important not to ignore his messages, always respond very politely and briefly.
