I get notifications on my cellphone app telling me that a customer left a ‘Comment’ for me and that I can only review it in my desktop. Problem is when I open my account on my PC and click on the note nothing appears but the conversation that we already have!
Does anyone had the same issue? And can anyone tell me how to fix this?
It’s a delivery comment. It appears on the order’s page after the revision is requested. You have to click “view one comment” to see it:
I find this feature inconvenient and pretty useless because buyers either don’t use it or use it to ask a question and it can’t be viewed in the app to generate more suspense until I get home, I guess. But well.
