Where are the gigs i have ordered

So i have ordered and paid for 3 gigs, didnt ask for me to create an account. emailed customer support and they said two had been linked to my account i created. One is awaiting response from me. Log in to check this and have no idea where I am meant to talk about the gig to the seller. How Am i meant to see these as there is nothing under todo, notifications or inbox.

sent an email to support two days ago and nothing has come back.

Will be doing a chargeback soon if they cant sort their systems out.
