Where are the OFFICIAL video guidelines?!?

When editing my gigs, there used to be a video about the guidelines/rules for adding a promotional video. It is no longer there.

Certain bits of info obtained from the forums (from other sellers) is either outdated or straight up wrong.

For instance: “The video can only be 30 seconds in length.” "The buyer must be in the video speaking to the camera."



I cut a lot of material out of my video to fit a 30 second spot and then saw other videos over a minute in length.

As for the second statement about making an appearance in the video; I don’t appear in mine and neither do a lot of other sellers.



So… where are the official guidelines?



I’d like to make my video better.



To those who reply: You either have a reasonable answer or you don’t. Fight the urge to make a smart comment.
