Where can i contact support for response rate issue?

Im having issues with my response rate percentage. My profile says my average responding time is within an hour yet my analytics says my rate is below 90% yet i reply back to every messages and notifications i receive. Not sure where to get help at since i can’t manage to find the correct category at https://www.fiverr.com/support_tickets/new?source=zendesk

Oh i just found out that there was a “general inquiry” option that allows me to actually type up a message. Thanks!
