Where is Order Information?

A customer placed an order for one of my gigs and Fiverr says he filled out the required information and he says he filled out the required information but I can’t find where it is. It says “Order Requirements were Submitted” but where are they!!??! Thanks for the help.

Your Gig has an Order Instruction right? And buyer shall fill up that form upon submitting the Order. When a buyer did not fill the instruction form, you will receive the Order but will not start the timer. Sometimes it will not show and appear in your TO DO list (because of the bug). You need to check your SALE > MANAGE SALE and then check your NEW and ACTIVE orders.



INPROGRESS (blue colored) orders, are orders in progress. It has a count down timer on it’s Order Page.



INCOMPLETE (pink/light purple colored) orders, are orders submitted by buyers, but did not filled up your instruction form.
