I'm a seller and just put in a mutual cancellation request to the buyer.
Under the Old Fiverr, I can go to Manage Sales, Click the Disputed gig, and see the cancellation message I sent the buyer.
But under the the New Fiverr, I can't find the cancellation message I sent the buyer. Where is it? Anyone know what steps I have to take to see the Cancellation message I sent the buyer under the New Fiverr?
It is in the resolution center. You have to select the 3rd option. I can’t remember what it says exactly, but it is something about "we want to cancel the order…"

Thanks for replying but that is not what I mean. I know where you request the cancellation, but AFTER you sent the buyer the cancellation message, in the OLD Fiverr the seller could see the cancellations message they sent the buyer by going to:
Manage Sales, Click the Disputed gig, and you will see the cancellation message you sent the buyer.
Under the NEW Fiverr, after I sent the cancellation message to the buyer, I can’t find the message I sent and was wondering where it is under the New Fiverr.
