Where should I go for help with site issues?

Hi, all, I’m new to Fiverr and love it.

I spent much of yesterday preparing my first gig package, which was under review overnight.

This morning it’s active, but the second and third parts of my package are gone, my basic one shows 7 days response time, which was my PRO response time, rather than 2 days for basic, and I don’t come up in searches of my keyword terms like “life coaching.” (I know I have to earn a great ranking, but I can’t successfully search for my gig at all.)

I’m excited to be here and ready to start marketing my first package once it’s actually set correctly. Thanks for pointing me in the right direction to resolve these start-up issues. I appreciate the help!

You could talk with Customer Support but some of that sounds like user error so you might want to read through the Fiverr Academy. It takes a few days to a week for some gigs to be indexed in search.
