Where to Find Target Customer?

Everyone suggests me for improving gig’s views & impression as well as click ratio have to promote where target customers are there. good idea no doubt but I am still confused where are the arena of target customers ? In social media most of the users are seller like me. . . Don’t know how to find theme ?

Your target customers are the people who need YOUR particular services. Learn about these people. Figure out how to appeal to them, and then find creative ways to reach out and encourage them to hire you.

YOU are the only person that can do this kind of research – unless you choose to hire someone else to do it for you. 😉
