Where/ when should I reach out to possible buyers

I’ve seen people say that you need to reach out to possible buyers, but I wondered if there was a way to do so on Fiverr as well as buyer requests. The reason for this is I don’t use much social media so I need other options to get my first sale.

Well, where are your target customers located? You will need to do some research to understand your target market, and determine where they are. Then, go to those places, and connect to those customers. Show them how you can solve their needs, and encourage them to hire you.
