Which bank will be good in payments and exchange in Payoneer

Hi to all ,
I am withdrawing my payments from Payoneer to HBL . But now a days HBL is very slow in payments . So , I want to open the account in new Bank in Pakistan. So what will be your choice in two perspective 1- Timely payments from payoneer to local bank 2- Currency exchange rates like today HBL is giving 125.30.
