Im a graphic designer, then i prefer images for my gig. Same for a website creator.
A video creator or a music productor obviously prefer video

Why choose? Can do both.
Honestly, a well made image is far preferable to a poor video, and vice versa. Whatever specific format it is, try to make it good.

Photos or videos. If you create professional gig images then you are sure to get orders. Again, if you publish your professional work in a good way in the video, it also helps to get orders. However, no matter what you do, buyers will see your work and realize how efficient you are. So stay focused on what you do.
