Why 5 mnts Availablle now feature works also as a client?

Why available now feature works also when I try to buy? shouldn’t it work only when I sell?
Also, it needs to be activated on the first message only, not on all messages along work.

Please correct feature, as it has tons of potential but still needs to be sharped. Thank you!
