I’ve tried twice now to review the artwork sent to me by the person I’ve commissioned, sending them detailed instructions on what I need altered, but apparently they messages aren’t going through and I know this because they just ignored all my critiques of their initial sketch and sent a follow up without any of my requested alterations, and then last night I got an email saying “you have 24 hours to review your gig” even though I already did. So if I can’t fix this within the day I’m not gonna have what I paid for. Can someone advise me how to fix this please.
