Why Automatically completed orders don't count?!


I delivered two orders and asked the buyer to mark them as completed but they didn’t. now after the 3 days have passed the two orders were not added to the total buyers. why?!


I think that may be a glitch. I know the stats and tracking are glitchy. (For example I have two “New” orders that have been delivered, marked complete, reviewed, and everything but they are both listed under “New” and “Completed.” I haven’t contacted customer support yet about it because it doesn’t bother me too much. You may want to contact customer support and see if they can fix it.
