Why cant I add funds to order work off artist?

OK I’m trying very hard to order some work off an artist but this website wont present the screen to add funds via credit card… so I cant order the work. I have tried on mobile and also on the PC… nothing works… please can someone let me know how to manage this… its very annoying and means the artist is missing out

Thanks for the suggestion I did try customer service the 1st time… they aren’t much help… but I tried chrome instead of ie and it worked… looks like ie isn’t supported …
