Why can't share my service and profile in Linkedin

in this time, need to do more marketing for my services i test to marketing my service in Linkedin ,But, when doing share for gig or profile i can’t share (that shows in photo )

How can fix it ! any suggestion?

thanks, @joshvoices4you for a reply, I had been trying the google chrome and firefox but that same result, I 'don’t know what is a problem I contact CS for the last 2 days but they don’t reply yet.
