Why can't we review our transaction details or any kind of earning details more than just the amount?

I have concerns about this issue due to my ongoing problem. The problem is, I made a withdrawal by pushing a button without any reviews and all I get is “the withdarawal completed succesfully” But there is nothing going on in my bank account, neither my payoneer. I need to be able to review my transaction information on fiverr before accepting withdrawal. This supposed to be mandatory. There was a reminder saying “please review your withdrawal details”, alright so I press to “review” and “confirm” afterwards. But, there was none! It just made the withdrawal to who knows where! No details, no button to see any details, even nowhere to see by which method! And fiverr didn’t even let me know via email, nothing that I can prove payoneer that fiverr made my withdrawal via payoneer bank transfer. There is nowhere to check any further information. I find it very very problematic. Even if you buy something in any platform, a flight ticket or any kind, you first review your details and confirm. This is much more important as fiverr claims that they cannot even reverse it! So I would more than happy if you take it to improve the fiverr system. It seems very amateurish in this case. And getting bunch of credit and fee out of the gigs, even from the tips! That’s not fair at all.

Payonner BANK TRANSFER üzerinden yaptım evet, mail attığımda payoneer ile bağlantılı olduğunu söyledi, keza başka türlü zaten yapılamıyor olmalı. Fakat henüz ne Payoneer ne de banka hesabımda herhangi bir gelişme yok. Çok problemli bir ödeme sistemi, transaction details asla görüntülenemiyor. Tek bilgi yapılmış olduğu, ama nereye, kime, hangi bağlantılı hesaba, saat kaçta, hangi gün? Bunla ilgili ayrıntılı bir mail de yok, kaldı ki hiç bir bilgilendirme maili gelmedi! Sistemde büyük açıklıklar ve hatalar görüyorum ilk kullanışımda dahi maalesef.

Evet maalesef bilgi verilmeden gerçekleştiriliyor işlem. Payoneer hesabınıza bağlı ve onaylı bir banka hesabınız varsa muhtemelen birkaç gün içinde ücret hesabınıza ulaşır, ben daha önce 2 kere bu işlemi yaptım ve bir sorun olmadı

Umarım, fakat üzerinden 4*5 gün geçmiş durumda ve Payoneer herhangi bir işlemin olduğunu doğrulamadı 😕
