Why do fiver clients despise new ******* designers?

For a few years now on fiver, since when I was new till now, I have lost over 10 gigs just because I am from ********, not because I delivered a shiety job or because I was arrogant but was ignored because I was new and from a small east ***** country. Those willing to offer me the job wanted me to underpay of which I couldn’t. I thought freelancers come to fiver to showcase and be the best. Its something I often see fellow designers go through silently and would like addressed. Not sure if this is the right channel through.

Sadly some people are ignorant / racist / abusive… or all three.

A person should be measured on the quality of their work and service, and nothing else.
