i would say your image is probably the key here. maybe change it to your real face and that way people see that you are not a women. Just a suggestion

I’m a dude, but because of my name/profile being ambiguous its a 50/50 as to what pronouns buyers leave in their reviews. I did use to correct people, but to be honest it doesn’t seem like a big deal.
