Why Fiverr allow few seller to do business with certain gigs and few sellers gig are denied?

I am Saurabh, I am a level 2 seller having good reviews and all the criteria up to date.

Today suddenly Fiverr denied one of my best seller gig by saying below reason;

Third party TOS violation - Your Gig has been flagged by our team following a third party complaint claiming your Gig is infringing upon their intellectual property rights and/or violating their terms of use. As a valued member of the Fiverr community, we ask you to respect the broader Internet community and refrain from such violations in your Gig offerings as this is misleading to our buyers.

Now all sellers, just search for “pass Google AdWords test” you will see lot of sellers are selling and many of them are at very high ratings. So their gigs are not violating anything, but mine was. How it is possible.

Is this kind of something messy doing some sellers to get own gig on top?

Please let me know what can be done in this matter, I am really feeling heart break now! I have worked very hard on this gig since last 2 months.
