Why I can not see my buyer request? And when will I get job from buyer?

Probably because unlevelled sellers see a lot less buyer requests because they go as soon as certain number (eg. 10) of unlevelled sellers send offers to them. You could refresh the BR page multiple times a day to increase the likelihood of seeing requests.

Also you could A) optimize your gigs (eg. make sure there are no spelling issues in the descriptions or images) and/or promote the gigs.

Take a look at menu > More > Buyer request click on it , You will find active buyer request based on your service and skills…
