i joined fiverr recently & I created 2 gigs now. There are messages in my inbox. but i can’t view them & display a message “For privacy reasons, this user may not be contacted directly”. Plz tell me how i solve this…
That means that whoever tried to contact you also broke some Fiverr rules. They were most likely scammers, and Fiverr is protecting you from them.

You should contact Fiverr Support to ask and resolve your problem
