Why is my Response Rate declining?

I don’t understand why my response rate is only 93% when i respond to every message within 24hrs (thanks to phone notifications)
Anyone know why and how i can possibly improve it?


I had a same problem, My response time was 5 hours, i contacted support, they look into it, and than they fix it.
contact support, they will fix it for you

Yeah my average response rate is 1hr lol

it is default rate when your response time is one hours,
if it is one hour than you dont have to worry.
but only contact support can fix the problem which you describe in your post.
