Why is not showing any buyer's request

Hello i have 4 gigs in my account
but in buyer request category there is not showing any buyer request Please anyone has an idea that how I can resolve this problem(i checked it yesterday and today its still not a single buyer’s request)

If more than 48 hours have gone after your published the gigs, please contact CS and they will fix it for you.

but when i click on the help it shows an error message “the site can’t be reached”
