Why mutual cancellations included in seller order completion?

Hello All,

I want to know why mutual cancellations are added in seller performance?? there are many times its happen that a buy buy gigs by mistake and then mutually cancel them, in that case why seller order completion get effected with that ?

Before the new leveling system was put into effect, many sellers would cancel orders if they suspected they would not get a 5 🌟 review. That way they could maintain a good looking review profile. However, they may not have been as good a seller as it appeared on their profiles because of the many cancellations and the poor reviews they may have had.

That being said, I do not agree that when the buyer orders by “mistake” that those orders should count against a buyer. :roll_eyes:
