Why my fiverr revenue card option is disable?

Hi,
My Fiverr revenue card option is disabled and shows a message(Waiting for card issuer approval). Kindly tell me what’s the reason as I link my Payoneer account with Fiverr But can’t withdraw my earnings due to this problem.
If any one knows kindly tell me.

Have you $4 or under on your fiverr balance?
If you have more than $5 you can contact payoneer customer support department by live chat to fix the issue.
