i completed a order in feb 15, and my balance is still in pendding clearance .can anybody help me
Your $40 for that order are still pending. It’s not 15 Feb yet, that’s when your funds will be available.

You need to wait 2 weeks after the order it’s completed. Then you can withdraw funds 
Also, it shows on the " Date "
