Fiverrs does not support those types of services.

You can always create new gigs. But ALL gigs are still reviewed by Fiverr before they are allowed on the site.

You can always make new gigs ( all gigs get reviewed by fiverr ) so if you add the same gig again it may result in account suspension.

find gigs that are allowed and stop posting ones that aren’t? That’s all there is to it.
Reading the Terms of Service and Fiverr Academy can help you know what gigs aren’t allowed.
