Why my level 1 is not showing on forum

I got level 1 4 month before but not showing my level on forum. let me know the reason why?

You should wait few days. The update takes places but in a matter of days

You must have to contact to support because you mansion you are level 1 since 4 month so its long time.,

I have contacted the support team and they said they are working on it and it will take some time to fix. btw Thanks all 🙂
