Why my Order Completion Rate going down

Hi there, my Order Completion Rate going down without any cancel the order. my Order Completion Rate was 83% and I did not do anything and today I checked there was 82%. how can I fix this issue?

Check your cancellation order, if there is no cancel order, then contact Fiverr support they resolve it.

It’s always based on the last 60 days. It could go down without you cancelling another order in the last day if an order that was completed around 60 days ago then goes outside the 60 day window, leaving a lower percentage of completed orders in the last 60 days.
